Our process starts with a conversation. Every great relationship is built on trust, so this is our chance to get to know one another. We’ll listen carefully as we learn about your past travel experiences and future travel dreams, your likes and dislikes, and start to uncover your vision for your upcoming trip. We’ll also discuss how we’ll work together moving forward and review CCT’s trip planning service fees.
Design
Time for the fun part! With your collaboration and input, we’ll start designing the trip of your dreams by leveraging our travel expertise and trusted connections all over the world. Our proposals are completely tailored to you and will include local knowledge, insider tips, perks, and exclusive experiences you can't find online.
Connect
Once we’ve decided on an itinerary that fits exactly what you’re looking for, we’ll handle the booking and confirmation of all of your travel details. We’ll also be working behind the scenes with our partners to secure perks like special requests, upgrades, amenities and fun surprises. We will remain connected with you as we ensure every last detail is taken care so all you have to do is get ready to enjoy your upcoming trip!
Experience
Now is your time to enjoy! After take-off, we’ll check in to make sure all is going well and be there to support you throughout your journey. We’ll also touch base with hoteliers and tour companies to ensure your VIP status.
